AACM Conference 2022:  Hands on the Present, Eyes on the Future!

Join us in Jasper!  Your exhibitor package includes participation in the exhibitor showcase and one representative's meals and evening activities from Wednesday's President's Reception through to lunch on Friday.  Add extra representatives during registration.

Register early!  Sponsorship opportunities are limited and we take registration date into account when deciding on booth locations.  Showcase your company's products and services in the exhibit hall during scheduled exhibit times, and connect with clinic managers at meals and networking activities.  To increase your visibility, sponsor a breakfast or evening event, or get in front of delegates for a 10-minute presentation.  Continue registration to see all options. 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Rooms have been blocked from Wednesday, October 12th for two nights (check out Friday, October 14th).  Reservations under the negotiated group rates can only be made via phone at 1-866-606-6700 and by providing the Group Name "Alberta Association of Clinic Managers" and Group Code "ID# 2200239".  Room blocks will be held until Sep 12, 2022.

Options include (subject to availability): Interior room with 2 double beds - $114.40 /night; Exterior room with 2 queen beds & balcony -$138.40 /night; Exterior room with 1 king bed & balcony - $138.40 /night

*All rates quoted are based on double occupancy and are per night (plus applicable taxes).  Additional adults (age 16 and over) are $20.00 fee per guest per night (plus applicable taxes).  Additional guest room nights and guest rooms over and above what is held in the group block are subject to availability.
