Save the Date — AACM Annual Conference 2026!

AACM is excited to announce that our Annual Clinic Managers Conference will take place September 23–25, 2026!

We are thrilled to share that we have secured an exclusive booking at Panorama Mountain Resort in beautiful British Columbia. While hosting the conference in the Alberta mountains proved to be quite costly this year, we were committed to offering our membership a memorable mountain getaway. Panorama is as close to Alberta as we could get while still providing that incredible mountain experience.

Even better — the resort will be exclusively booked for AACM members, with no outside guests during our stay. The entire property will be ours to enjoy!

This year, we’re approaching the conference a little differently. In addition to vendors, keynote speakers, and breakout sessions tailored to different clinic interests, we are designing the event with a retreat-style feel. You’ll be able to choose sessions that best apply to your clinic, while others may attend different sessions that suit their needs. Our goal is for you to return home feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and reconnected — not rushed or overwhelmed. We want to ensure there is plenty of time to network, connect, and truly enjoy the experience with your fellow clinic managers.

We’ll be sharing the full agenda and more resort details soon, along with exciting announcements about the fun group activities we’re planning!

If the weather cooperates, there will be ample time for hiking, and we’ll have access to the resort’s mini golf and tennis courts, along with the pools and hot tubs. And yes — did we mention we will be the only group at the resort the entire time?

For those who may wish to extend their stay, the town of Panorama and the town of Invermere hosts their annual Harvest Festival starting at 3:00 PM on Friday and continuing through Saturday. It’s a family-friendly event, with additional beer and wine tasting experiences for those interested.

We are excited to share that hotel accommodations are now available to book!

The resort has shared that they can assist with babysitting services if that would help you attend BUT keep in mind this service is not complimentary from the resort and members would have a cost for these services. All caregivers are fully licensed and meet the resort’s regular-season standards.
